STATION HALL RENTAL AGREEMENT

Renter agrees to the following:

• Payment of $175.00/day rental. Facility is available 9am to 9pm

• Due when reservation confirmed

• Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled use.

• $100.00 cleaning deposit (due at time of reservation) refundable providing facility is left as found. Check will be held and returned if not needed.

• Furniture arrangement can be done for additional charge of $25.00

• NO ALCOHOL, NO DRUGS AND NO SMOKING INSIDE ANY BUILDINGS ON THE PREMISES

  • Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate closure of the hall and forfeiture of rental fee and deposits.

  • Smoking is permitted outdoors but you are expected to clean up after yourself. Failure to clean up may result in the forfeiture of your cleaning deposit.

• NO PARKING IN FRONT OF THE BAY DOORS AT ANY TIME

• Renter is liable for any damage to MVFD property or facilities caused any member of the renter's party.

• Renter agrees to release MVFD, its officers and members from any liability resulting in injury to any person in renters party as well as damage to renters or guests' personal property.

• Kitchen must be returned to the same condition as it was found. 

  • See kitchen rules posted in kitchen.

• All trash will be bagged up and placed outside kitchen door; including bathrooms

• Floors will be swept and any spills will be promptly mopped up.

• No playing on or around any equipment including the hose drying rack near parking lot.

• No water is to be used for entertainment 

  • i.e. water slides, slip and slides, dunk tanks etc.

• No glitter or confetti is to be used anywhere on property.

• Wall décor may be removed only with prior approval.

• Be respectful of neighbors. Noise must be reduced by 9pm. If we receive complaints from the neighbors it may result in closing down of the facility.

Disruption Disclosure: MVFD is a working fire station. In the event of an alarm members of the department will be responding to the station to get vehicle and equipment. It is possible that your function may be interrupted by personnel coming into the hall. Renters must ensure that rental party is kept inside the hall paying special attention to children until the apparatus has left the building and again when it returns.

Please have completed and returned at the time the rental agreement is signed, or the minimum 1 week prior to event. If returned later than 1 week prior to the event then we cannot guarantee it will be arranged as requested.
